Tango and Science

Yes, we all thought tango increases our stress levels, (e.g., my book  Trauma to Tango often gets referenced as Tango to Trauma), but in fact science shows that the opposite is true. Tango could be just what the doctor ordered. Tangospace has a great blog and references several studies.
